We are looking for the person our clients speak to when they call. Someone who listens, gets to the bottom of the question, and sees it through to a proper answer.
The role
- Supporting clients by phone, email and screen-share
- Investigating account queries, such as a figure on a statement that needs explaining
- Training new clients on the system
- Working closely with a supportive, experienced team
About you
- Clear, warm and confident on the phone
- Comfortable with figures; bookkeeping or AAT is a strong advantage
- Methodical, curious and persistent with a problem
- Quick to pick up new software
- Reliable, discreet and keen to develop
Property or lettings experience is an advantage.
Full training is provided.
Location: Remote, from home
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Package: Competitive, with regular reviews
